Watch for School Busses and Children!

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School busses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

2017 Annual Meeting of the Home Owners

The Annual Meeting of the of the Battletown Home Owners Association was held on Monday, April 10th, 2017 at the Offices of Coventry Group located at 21 S. Kent St., Winchester, VA.

Those present included Board Members Dale Coumes, Helen Robinson and Donna McDonald.  Allen Grimm of Coventry Group was also in attendance.  Sufficient quorum was not met and the Meeting was closed.

There was brief discussion about matters of general importance to the community and the existing Board Members agreed upon their Offices for 2017.

All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.  If you are unable to attend, please return your proxy that was mailed with the Meeting Announcement and Agenda.

 
Customer Portals

We are thrilled to announce that you have Homeowner Portal (see the link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. With your Internet-enabled device, you can now view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

To insure your privacy, only homeowners whose email address is opted in will be automatically entered into the portal system. If you have not already opted in to receive emails, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, address within the community, and your email address. This extra step is designed for the safety of your personal information, because it allows us to verify each homeowner.
